Warsztaty kulinarne – wrzesień 2023
Instytut Króla Sejonga w Poznaniu zorganizował darmowe warsztaty w postaci 4-godzinnego kursu kulinarnego, w ramach którego uczestnicy mieli okazję przygotować tradycyjne koreańskie potrawy królewskie.
W ramach pierwszej części kursu, która odbyła się 4 września, uczestnicy przygotowali Guleojpan (구절판). Przepis na to danie jest również dostępny na naszym kanale Youtube. Zachęcamy do obejrzenia i wypróbowania przepisu!
W ramach drugiej części warsztatów, która odbyła się 11 września, uczestnicy przygotowali królewskie danie z klusek ryżowych z warzywami, sosem sojowym i mięsem, czyli gungjung tteokbokki (궁중떡볶이).
